Return Policy

At JYE Jewellery, we want you to love every piece you wear. Each item is carefully crafted, sealed, and quality-checked before it reaches you. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple return and exchange process while maintaining the highest hygiene standards for all customers.

Eligibility for Returns
  • We accept returns for items that are unworn, unopened, and still sealed in their original packaging.
  • All packaging, including boxes, pouches, hygiene seals, and tags, must be intact and undamaged.
  • The request for returns must be made within 7-14 days from the date of delivery.

Items showing any signs of wear, damage, or tampered hygiene seals will not be eligible for return. This ensures every customer receives jewellery that is completely new, untouched, and safe to wear.

What Can Be Returned

We gladly accept returns for:

  • Unworn earrings and piercings that remain sealed in their original packaging.
  • Jewellery accessories such as polishing cloths, pouches, or storage boxes.
  • Incorrect or defective items received in your order.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Worn or unsealed earrings and piercings.
  • Items purchased under sale or promotional events.
  • Customised or personalised pieces.
  • Gift cards.

We reserve the right to deny the return requests and send the item(s) back to you at your own cost if there are visible signs of wear or damage.

Refunds

Refunds wil be processed once we have received and inspected your returned item.

Returns Initiated Within 7 Days of Delivery

You may choose between a Cash Refund or a Store Credit Refund.

If you choose a Cash Refund:

  • Both the original shipping cost and a standard packaging material cost of $5 used to safely deliver your item will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • The refund will be processed via your original payment method.
  • Please allow 7–14 business days for processing after we receive and inspect your return.

If you choose a Store Credit Refund:

  • Only the original shipping cost will be deducted.
  • Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Store credit refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after your return is approved.

Returns Initiated After 7 Days (Up to 14 Days)

  • Only Store Credit Refunds will be available.
  • The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Store credits remain valid for 12 months and can be used toward any future purchase.

All refunds and store credits are processed once your return has been received and inspected by our quality team. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

At JYE Jewellery, every item is carefully packed and shipped using high-quality, sealed packaging to ensure your jewellery arrives in perfect condition.

The small deductions applied to refunds (for shipping and packaging materials) help us maintain the same standard of safe, hygienic, and beautiful delivery for every customer. We do not profit from these fees — they simply cover part of the cost already incurred in preparing, sealing, and safely dispatching your order.

Return Shipping Guidelines
  • The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
  • Please use a trackable and reliable courier when sending your return.
  • Ensure that the item is packaged securely in its original materials to prevent any damage in transit.
  • You will receive an email notification once we have received and processed your return.

JYE Jewellery reserve the rights to reject refunds for parcel lost or damaged during the return process.

Exchange Policy

At JYE Jewellery, every piece is crafted with care and quality in mind. We understand that sometimes you may wish to exchange your purchase — whether it’s for a different style, size, or due to a manufacturing issue.

Our exchange policy is designed to make that process smooth, transparent, and hygiene-safe.

Eligibility for Exchanges

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging.
  • All packaging (box, pouch, hygiene seal, and tags) must be intact and undamaged.
  • The request for exchange must be made within 7-14 days from the date of delivery.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges for earrings and piercings that have been opened, worn, or unsealed. This ensures that every customer receives jewellery that is brand-new and untouched.

What can be Exchanged

We offer exchanges for the following scenarios.
Exchange for another design or style:

  • Ensure your item remains unworn and sealed.
  • Once received and approved, we will issue store credit for the item value after the deduction of original shipping cost.
  • You can use this store credit to place a new order of your preferred piece.

Faulty or Incorrect Item
If you received the wrong item or a defective piece:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@jyjewellery.com.
  • Include your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a short description.
  • Once approved, we’ll replace your item at no additional cost, or issue store credit if the replacement is unavailable.

To ensure fairness for all customers:

  • All claims will be assessed by JYE Jewellery’s quality assurance team.
  • All reported defects must match the product’s original manufacturing condition.
  • Intentional damage, wear, misuse, or modification (including bending, force, impact, or exposure to unsuitable conditions) will void eligibility for replacement or refund.
  • If we suspect that an item has been deliberately damaged or tampered with to simulate a defect, we reserve the right to reject the claim immediately.

Our goal is to make things right for genuine issues while keeping the process fair, transparent, and respectful to all customers.

Exchange Process
  1. Email Us:
  • Contact support@jyjewellery.com with your order number and details of your exchange request.
  • Please specify whether your exchange is due to a change of preference or a faulty/incorrect item.

2. Approval:

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions and shipping details.

3. Ship Back:

  • Once approved, securely pack your item in its original packaging (including box, pouch, hygiene seal, and tags) and ship it using a trackable courier.
  • For voluntary exchanges (e.g. different design or style), the return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
  • For defective or incorrect items, JYE Jewellery will cover both return and replacement shipping costs.

4. Inspection:

  • Once your item reaches us, our quality assurance team will inspect it within 5–7 business days to confirm its condition and eligibility for exchange.
  • Items showing signs of wear, tampering, or intentional damage will not qualify for exchange or refund.

5. Exchange Completion:

  • Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit, depending on your request.
  • If your replacement item is out of stock, we will issue store credit for the product value only (excluding the original shipping fee).
  • Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on any future purchase.
  • You’ll receive an email notification once your exchange or store credit has been processed.

Important Notes

  • JYE Jewellery is not liable for parcels lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • We recommend keeping your tracking number until your exchange or return is confirmed.
  • Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Promotional and sale items are not eligible for exchange unless they are faulty.
