Returns & Exchanges
All items are valid for returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving of the order. The items must be in original packaging with no signs of being worn or used in order to be valid. All Gift with Purchase (GWP) in the package must also be return.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 2 weeks upon receiving of the return parcel.

Our solid gold pieces are made to be worn all day, every day. Made from 9k, 10k & 14k solid gold, they’re jewels you can depend on.
- Gently Clean: If you find that your pieces are losing their shine, use the polishing cloth enclosed, or soap and warm water, to bring them back to life.
- Storage: The best place to keep your jewels is in their original jewelry box, or in an air-tight bag to keep them protected.
